Psychotherapy-supported self-work is still something of a luxury for many people, but it is something that everyone could benefit from. Having at least one hour a week dedicated entirely to ourselves and having a space where we can explore and adjust our complex inner world with the help of a psychotherapist is invaluable, both for ourselves and the people around us. Knowing ourselves and acting in harmony with ourselves is the key to a good life.
Life wants us to do what is right for us.
To be in touch with ourselves, our feelings, our needs and desires; to explore, reframe and adjust them in the light of new insights and, as a result, to grow. When we are in harmony with ourselves, we are free to enter into fulfilling relationships with others and choose which path we want to take, with whom, and in what direction.
In the course of more than 20 years’ experience, first as a client, later as a psychotherapist, I have witnessed changes in individuals that have confirmed time and time again just how important it is to make time for ourselves and engage in self-work. A fulfilled life is a life of peace and harmony, and by living this way we can also have a positive impact on our loved ones and others with whom we come into contact.
I offer you a safe therapeutic space where all feelings are allowed and no one will judge you. I offer you all the time you need.
WE CAN ALWAYS MAKE OUR OWN CHOICES
